1. Company Role & Scope

AFAM International DMCC operates as the authorized distributor of AMG Coffee in the United Arab Emirates. All coffee products listed on this website are sourced, processed, and packed in Ethiopia through AMG Coffee’s certified facilities. AFAM International manages import coordination, regulatory compliance, storage (where applicable), and distribution within the UAE.

AFAM International does not manufacture coffee products and acts solely as an authorized distributor and supplier.

2. Products & Availability

Products offered include Ethiopian Arabica coffee beans supplied as:

• Wholesale bulk orders (5kg – 85kg Gute bags)
• Retail packets (50g – 5kg)

Product availability is subject to stock levels, origin availability, and order confirmation. Images and descriptions are for reference only and may vary due to natural agricultural characteristics.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Retail Orders: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Wholesale Orders: Orders are confirmed after mutual agreement on specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.

AFAM International reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or compliance issues.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change without prior notice. Wholesale pricing is provided upon enquiry. Payments must be completed as per agreed terms before processing.

5. Shipping & Dispatch

Products are dispatched from Ethiopia through AMG Coffee unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or carrier delays.

6. Cancellations

Retail: Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Wholesale: Cancellations are not permitted once processing or export documentation begins.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are considered only for verified company-side issues such as:

• Incorrect product supplied
• Transit damage under AFAM or AMG responsibility

No refunds are provided for taste preference, brewing variation, grind selection errors, or natural agricultural variation.

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of AFAM International DMCC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AFAM International’s liability shall not exceed the value of the confirmed order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Updates to Terms

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
