Retail coffee orders placed through AFAM International are confirmed only after successful payment. All retail products are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Once confirmed, orders are processed for packing and dispatch from Ethiopia through AMG Coffee’s authorized facilities and routed via AFAM International as the official distributor.
Retail order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch confirmation. Once roasted coffee products are packed or dispatched from the processing facility, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable and freshness-sensitive nature of roasted coffee.
Refunds for retail coffee products are applicable only in cases of confirmed quality issues, incorrect shipment, or transit damage caused during handling under AFAM or AMG Coffee’s responsibility. Refunds are not provided for freshness preference, taste variation, or grind selection errors. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 working days after claim validation.
